RETURN & EXCHANGE

All products are made in limited numbers (to prevent from over inventory that causes economic loss and environmental pollution), therefore return&exchange policy is strict. Currently, we are unable to return or exchange products purchased from abroad due to limited shipping options.

If you are purchasing from Mongolia, please check the products at your doorstep and return with the deliverer if the products is not what you want. Otherwise domestic e-purchases are not returnable.

You may exchange the product if the size is not yours. Please inform via 77078884 for exchange and the delivery service will make sure to bring you your size.

Once the return form is filled and products with all tags intact in their original packaging arrive at our HQ we will process the reimbursement which will take up to 5 working days in average.

You can return or exchange all or part of your order within 24 hours from the date of purchase.

Contact us via 7707-8884 about the return and bring us the product with all tag intact and in original packaging. At the counter please fill out return form with detailed cause of return. In case of exchange please fill out the return form too.

Once the product’s tags are removed, you cannot return the product

Orders are made to order, therefore it is not returnable. The customer must make sure to discuss all details of the design before making the order. Once the order is confirmed with payment it is not returnable as it is made only for you.

You can change elements of the design during the fitting process.
