DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Currently we are shipping internationally via Mongol Shuudan, a national postal service company. The delivery usually takes 2 weeks to reach the destination.

Customer may choose to opt for different delivery services abroad from Mongolia after purchase.

All domestic deliveries are made within 48 hours upon purchase except high purchase seasons and holidays like New Year, Lunar New Year, Naadam, and other Special Days. These days deliveries are made within in 72 hours. For security reasons, all purchases made on deelbrand.com require a signature for delivery and this is when the responsibility of the goods is passed to the consignee.

Orders placed after the designated cut-off times (12.00pm Mongolian time) will be processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday. Deliveries are not dispatched on Sundays
